« Back to Education Braille books placed on a table

IAB has always believed that the visually challenged should enjoy equal opportunity. In line with this vision it was important to provide them with ready access to information. This led to the establishment of a well-equipped Braille and Audio Library in 1995.

The impressive library has a collection of 300 Audio and 979 Braille Books covering a diverse range of subjects in English and Tamil. Students are encouraged to make the most of the selection on History, biographies, novels, magazines and self-development.

The library also offers lending facilities and every year around 600 students and professionals throughout the state enhance their knowledge with resources from here.
